We are seeking an outgoing professional with experience in customer satisfaction, management, and mechanical knowledge. If you love working in a dynamic, engaging, and fast-paced environment, we're excited to discuss this position with you.br brstrongCore Responsibilities/strongbr• Increase service sales.br• Respect all company policies, safety regulations, rules, and values of Prevost.br• Ensure high quality customer service. br• Effectively utilize and lead service technicians.br• Contribute to the attainment of company objectives through the efficient use of resources.br• Foster teamwork and positive communication between employees and all business sectors.br• Coordinate training of service technicians and assist with personal development plans.br• Ensure customer satisfaction with repair and support Prevost Red Carpet Policy Standards.br• Monitor operational expenses of service department.br• Supervise service department and team leaders for workload and meeting customer demands.br• Review budgets and assess business needs./pp /ppstrongRequired Competencies/strongbr• Mechanical knowledgebr• Ability to estimate a mechanical repairbr• Contact customers to fill service schedulebr• Financial responsibility of department expensesbr• Communicate clearly with customers, managers, and employees. br• Teamwork/ team buildingbr• Record keeping, research and documentation skillsbr• Resolve customer discrepanciesbr• Understand and enforce warranty policybr• Excellent organizational skillsbr• Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsbr• Lift up to 51 lbs./pp /ppstrongMinimum Education Required/strongbr• Minimum High School Educationbr• Bachelor's Degree preferredbr• Minimum of 8 years of industry related knowledge and experiencebr• Prior Service Manager experience preferred/p/div/div/divp /pdivAt the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company's growth. For this position, the base pay is set at $span style=font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif$88,000 to $98,000/span annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.  The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
