Job Description:

Now Hiring Assistant Service Manager

Location: Sewickley, PA

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but related work experience is welcome.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience in customer service, project coordination, service operations, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Clear communication skills by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle challenges calmly.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, or vendor management is a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial services, equipment distribution, or similar industries is helpful.

Job Duties:

• Help customers with service and maintenance requests.
• Schedule installation and service calls.
• Keep projects moving from start to finish.
• Order materials and equipment and work with vendors.
• Use computer programs to track schedules, purchases, and projects.
• Assign work and support daily operations.
• Hire, train, and help team members succeed.
• Solve customer and scheduling issues quickly.
• Track project costs and help improve profits.
• Support process improvements and team efficiency.
