We are looking for a Direct Hire Assistant Shift Foreman for a 1st Shift team in Hartville, OH! This is a great opportunity for an experienced injection molding professional looking to step into a hands-on leadership role with a stable and growing company!

Job Requirements:

• Perform mold setups and insert changeovers on injection molding presses
• Support production efficiency by minimizing downtime and monitoring processes
• Assist with training operators and ensuring quality standards are met
• Set up auxiliary equipment including dryers, sonic welders, and label machines
• Ability to troubleshoot production and processing issues

1st Shift
$25–$31/hour
