Assistant Shift Supervisor

Job Summary: Assistant Shift Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the equipment, staff and processes on the production floor. They manage the production team and oversee scheduling and day-to-day production activities. Assistant Shift Supervisors are primarily in charge of ensuring the production line is operational and maintaining the ongoing production of products. They are also responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise.
