Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for an Assistant Shift Supervisor in Hartville, OH

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
Pay:$24–$29/hr (Based on Experience)

Short Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Shift Supervisor for a manufacturing production environment focused on plastic injection molding. This role supports production leadership, directs team members, and ensures quality, efficiency, and safety on the production floor. Prior injection molding experience is required.

Requirements:
• Prior injection molding experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to manage production priorities, manpower allocation, and workflow
• Ability to work with quality inspectors, material handlers, and production personnel to maintain output and quality standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read work instructions and standard operating procedures
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be willing to comply with a national background check

Physical Requirements:
This role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Must be able to move around the production environment and interact with team members safely.
