We are looking for an Assistant Site Director- Music Education to support the Site Director in the daily operations and responsibilities of the school. We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:

Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day music education operations of the school:
- Supervise arrival and departure of students
- Provide support to instructors as needed for teaching activities.
- Maintain complex schedules of classes, staff, and students.
- Administer daily enrollment, scheduling, retail sales and billing adjustments
- Assist with inventory control to ensure appropriate stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness of facility.
- Responsible for timely opening and closing of the school, in conjunction with other management
- Provide exceptional customer service:
- Greet customers and students in a personable and courteous manner.
- Proactively communicate operational information with customers.
- Foster a positive environment where people feel welcome, acknowledged, appreciated and want to ‘hang out’.
- Support the expansion of the Music Education Business:
- Warmly greet prospective customers on the phone and in person.
- Give facility tours
- Explain the BachToRock philosophy and method to prospective customers.
- Stay up to date on the continually updated B2R curriculum
- Follow up with prospective customers in person and over the phone.
- Support external marketing events
- Assist with student recruitment and retention of private lessons, bands, classes, and camps.
- Teach private lessons and group classes, as needed and approved by Site Director
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Can solve logistical challenges.
- Effective time-management and organizational skill
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at one time
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Can work the hours required
Education/Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Business management and/or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
