We provide permanent supportive housing combined with wraparound services that help residents stabilize and rebuild their lives — and we're looking for a compassionate, organized leader to help keep our properties running smoothly.

The Role

As Assistant Site Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of one of our residential properties. You'll supervise and schedule front desk staff, support residents with rent collection and recertification, monitor building safety, and serve as a key trainer for our Desk Clerk Training Program. You'll work closely with the Site Manager to keep everything running — from paperwork and maintenance tracking to incident response and lease compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in affordable or supportive housing property management
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience (2+ preferred)
  • Tax credit certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Experience working with residents experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or recovery
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • A genuine commitment to social justice and community advocacy
