The primary purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist the Store Manager in upholding the daily store operations of a retail store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising execution, managing expenses and inventory, training anddevelopment of the store team, human resources management, and outstanding customer service.

Compensation: Assistant Manager pay range: $20.95 - $22.95 per hour. Bonus opportunity if guidelines or criteria are met. All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan. Full time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and company-paid time off.
