Assistant Store Manager

JOB OPENING: Assistant Manager needed for locally owned small business with a proven record of success in retail and strong customer-service skills. Strong positive team player who works well in a small business environment, able to work independently with minimal supervision with excellent problem solving abilities. Responsibilities are to assist with day-to-day store operations, provide outstanding customer service, help, lead, train and support team members. Work toward sales and performance goals. Assist with inventory and merchandising. Perform battery installations and other store services. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store. Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs.Training will be provided for store specific products, services, and procedures. PAY AND BENEFITS: Pay based on experience and proven success record.
