We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join our collaborative team, focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience by understanding needs and resolving issues.

  • Drive sales through add-ons and trade programs; coach team members accordingly.
  • Maintain store appearance, operational standards, and stockroom organization.
  • Prepare reports, handle personnel paperwork, and assist in hiring, training, and motivating staff.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and enforce company policies on safety, HR, loss prevention, and security.
  • Develop understanding of all store functions and multiple ordering systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

  • Requirements: Minimum 2 years retail management experience; prior Store Manager experience preferred.

  • High school diploma required; college preferred.
  • Computer literacy, strong communication, and leadership skills.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; reliable attendance.
  • Ability to stand long periods, lift 25-50 lbs, and climb ladders.

  • Pay rate: $25 per hour.
