Store location: 14425 Falcon Head Blvd Austin, TX 78738

Whether you’re an experienced leader ready to grow or someone eager to step into management, this role gives you real ownership and all the tools you need to succeed. We value people who lead with respect, show up with a positive attitude, and care about the customers and community they serve.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing all daily store operations
  • Provide daily leadership to employees and foster a store culture built on respect, honesty, and teamwork
  •  Lead by example on the sales counter — assisting customers, answering phones, and helping find the right parts
  • Build and develop customer relationships with local repair shops, businesses, and DIY enthusiasts
  • Oversee inventory management — placing and filling orders accurately and on time
  • Keep the sales floor organized, fully stocked, and maintained to safety and cleanliness standards
  • Coach, train, and engage your team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service
  • Handle cash, process transactions, and ensure the store runs efficiently
  • Drive store sales growth and contribute to profitability goals
  • Troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to keep things running smoothly
  • Look for new and unique ways to help the store reach its goals
What You’ll Need
  • Proven leadership experience in a retail or automotive setting (NAPA experience is a big plus)
  • A desire to lead with vision, collaboration, trust, and effectiveness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to inspire a team
  • Passion for customer service and building long-term relationships in your community
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and catalog systems (or willingness to learn)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school coursework is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus at some locations
Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role. Candidates must be able to:
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
  • Stand, walk, reach, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift
  • Perform repetitive tasks with precision and a positive attitude
Ready to Lead?
If you’re passionate about people, hungry to grow, and ready to make a real difference in your store and community — we want to hear from you. Apply today and take the next step in your career with NAPA Auto Parts.
