The Assistant Store Manager provides leadership to front-line associates, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store operations. Responsibilities include managing staff, cash, inventory, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance.

What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate associates to deliver high productivity and customer service
