Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish), high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year customer service or sales experience, 3+ months supervisory experience, strong communication, proficiency with tech systems, valid driver’s license, background check, and physical ability to perform job duties.
Preferred: Management experience in retail or finance, and familiarity with financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with financial products, evaluate risk, process transactions, conduct outreach, manage accounts, support staff, ensure store security and compliance, and maintain store appearance. Full-time, in-person, with variable schedules.
