We re hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Blue Hill, NE for someone who knows how to lead by example, keep operations running smoothly and create a positive experience for both customers and employees.

This is a great opportunity for someone with retail or convenience store management experience who enjoys mentoring a team, staying organized and taking ownership of daily operations.

Location: Blue Hill, NE
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule:
Days, evenings and every other weekend required
Minimum 45 hours per week

What You ll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily store operations
Coaching, supervising and motivating employees
Assisting with inventory management and store organization
Monitoring customer service and transactions
Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment
Supporting employee development and performance evaluations
Leading by example and helping the team succeed each day

What We re Looking For:
Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with inventory management and team supervision
Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others
Dependability and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Orientation Information:
All new hires must attend orientation on Mondays beginning at 9: 30 AM in Hastings. Orientation lasts approximately 4 hours and employees should wear jeans, a shirt and closed-toed shoes.
