- Assist in achieving KPIs such as sales, shrink, and payroll while maintaining visual and operational standards.
- Lead on the sales floor as Manager on Duty, fostering a positive environment and ensuring team productivity.
- Coach and develop associates through ongoing feedback and training.
- Handle daily planning, staffing, and floor execution with ownership and initiative.
- Address challenges, support loss prevention, and uphold safety practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by modeling brand behaviors.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store cleanliness.
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years retail supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset. They must be able to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $19-$21/hour, with benefits including health plans, 401(k), and discounts.
