Physical Demands:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong Work Ethic
- Time Management Skills
- Management experience preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills: thorough knowledge of back-office tools and be able to learn additional software
- Handle multiple tasks
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and ordering efficiently
- Perform end-of-month counts and input
- Maintain a lean production environment
- Provide accountability for all kitchen team members
- Maintain accurate daily temp logs
- Ensure necessary maintenance and cleaning on a set schedule
- Train, develop, and recognize the best people
