Seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, team development, and customer experience.
- Responsible for supervising daily associate goals, ensuring brand standards, and resolving customer issues.
- Engages in hiring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Manages store processes, inventory, digital fulfillment, scheduling, and safety protocols.
- Supports store performance through effective communication, strategic planning, and operational oversight when the Store Manager is absent.
- Requires 3+ years retail experience, management background preferred, and availability to meet business needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills are essential.
