This role is for an Assistant Store Manager Customer Experience responsible for leading store operations, team development, and ensuring exceptional pet parent and pet care experiences.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and managing associates; overseeing daily store activities; maintaining safety and health standards for pets; and driving business growth through sales and expense management.
The position requires 3-5 years of retail or customer-focused leadership, full-time availability, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a pet environment.
