From coaching team members to ensuring compliance and stepping in wherever needed, you'll set the standard for professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.What You'll DoOn a typical day, you may:Direct and oversee sales floor operations from opening through closingTrain, coach, and mentor employees on service standards, policies, and proceduresCreate and manage daily lunch and break schedules to ensure consistent coverageDelegate tasks, support staff, and maintain an organized and productive sales floorMonitor performance and assist with coaching or corrective actionsAddress customer and employee concerns quickly, fairly, and professionallyEnsure compliance with all company policies and state cannabis regulationsStep into any sales floor role as needed to maintain service levelsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances team leadership with hands-on support.
