We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include
- Achieving sales and profitability goals,
- Recruiting, coaching, and retaining staff,
- Managing merchandise presentation and store standards,
- Monitoring loss prevention and compliance,
- Supporting omni-channel initiatives,
- Driving team engagement and resolving performance issues,
- and
- Collaborating with the Store Manager on policies and priorities.
Requirements include - 18+ years old,
- At least 1 year retail experience,
- Strong communication skills,
- Availability for full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays,
- and
- Comfort with technology and physical capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.
