Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Silver Spring, MD, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and leadership of the store team. This role oversees client service standards, ensuring a welcoming environment and high levels of customer satisfaction, while driving sales performance and supporting achievement of store targets. The Assistant Store Manager helps coordinate staffing, scheduling, and task delegation, and supports onboarding, training, and coaching of team members. Responsibilities include monitoring merchandising and visual standards, managing inventory processes, and partnering on retail loss prevention efforts to protect company assets. The role also involves resolving client issues, reinforcing Sephora’s brand values, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and results-focused culture.\n

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused environment; beauty industry experience is an advantage.
