Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on a leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.
In this full-time position, you will

  • act as a key holder, opening and closing the store
  • support the General Manager in achieving sales goals
  • lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
  • train and guide associates on processes and standards
  • delegate tasks, assist with visual merchandising, and handle register and cash reconciliation
  • follow loss prevention procedures

  • We seek candidates with
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • great customer service attitude
  • at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
  • previous supervisory experience is a plus
  • ability to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working on your feet.
