Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on a leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.
In this full-time position, you will
- act as a key holder, opening and closing the store
- support the General Manager in achieving sales goals
- lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
- train and guide associates on processes and standards
- delegate tasks, assist with visual merchandising, and handle register and cash reconciliation
- follow loss prevention procedures
We seek candidates with - strong communication and leadership skills
- great customer service attitude
- at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
- previous supervisory experience is a plus
- ability to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working on your feet.
