The Assistant Store Manager supports sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, acting as the store leader in the manager's absence or during opposing shifts.
Responsibilities include leading team members to deliver excellent customer service, supervising showroom activities, staffing during peak hours, coaching, hiring, and ensuring policies are followed.
They assist with processing orders, returns, and merchandise invoicing, communicate messages, delegate merchandising tasks, and perform opening/closing duties to ensure security and operational efficiency.
The role requires relevant certifications, bilingual skills (Spanish preferred), and knowledge of sales and management procedures.
