Join our team as a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead a customer-first environment.
In this full-time role, you'll act as a key holder, open and close the store, and assist the General Manager in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities include leading customer service, resolving issues professionally, training associates, delegating tasks, supporting visual merchandising, handling register overrides, and promoting loss prevention procedures.
We seek candidates with strong communication and leadership skills, at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience, and previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days, have flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be at least 18 years old.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working on your feet.
