This role supports the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, training, and managing store staff to meet sales goals, control expenses, and protect assets.
Responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, assisting in hiring and developing a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback, implementing company initiatives, and supervising daily store operations and loss prevention in the absence of management.
Ideal candidates have retail management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. Must be able to work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
