Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on a leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.
In this full-time position, you'll act as a key holder, support daily store operations, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Open and close the store; assist in reaching sales goals
  • Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
  • Train and guide associates on processes and standards
  • Delegate tasks, coordinate breaks, and support visual merchandising
  • Perform register overrides, cash reconciliation, and follow loss prevention procedures
  • Must have strong communication, leadership skills, and at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus; ability to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 18 years old
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working on your feet
