ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by guiding team members, executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment
- Assist with interviewing, training, and developing staff to demonstrate all company standards in customer experience and operations
- Provide ongoing performance feedback to the store manager for staff members, and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance where directed by the store manager
- Contribute to store profitability by suggesting opportunities to the store manager to increase sales and by helping prevent waste
- Coordinate with, report to, and make recommendations to the store manager to improve customer experience and drive growth
- Encourage and ensure full team participation in meeting store goals
- Serve as back up to the Store Manager for store inventory to ensure the store remains fully stocked while following Cost of Good guidelines
- Ensure all cash handling, point of sale system, safety, and operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner
- Regular and predictable attendance

Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Proven experience as a manager or similar executive role (Preferred)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment (Preferred)
- Ability to effectively teach and lead others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with people
- Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and administrative skills
- Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs
- Ability to work with hands on one- and two-handed activities constantly throughout a day
- Ability to raise, lower, and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout a day
- Ability to stand in an upright position without walking more than three consecutive steps occasionally
- Ability to walk more than three consecutive steps for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environment
- Ability to stoop and climb occasionally throughout a day
