Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support daily store operations, lead team development, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff to maintain a high-performance team.
• Ensure clear communication with employees and customers to foster a positive environment.
• Help meet sales goals, manage inventory, and optimize cash flow for store success.
• Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and enhance shopper experiences.
• Maintain operational efficiency through merchandising and store presentation.
• Support safety protocols, PPE use, and risk management activities.
• Assist with budgeting, analyze Profit & Loss statements, and control expenses.
• Capable of managing automotive parts knowledge, safety procedures, and flexible scheduling.
• Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, integrity, communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Bilingual skills and ASE certification are a plus.
