We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise team of retail sales associates
Train and evaluate employees
Track daily figures and trends for business forecasting
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Opening/Closing daily procedures
Daily store operations and tasking
Maintain great customer service
Protecting merchandise with Loss Prevention policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in retail clothing industry
Must have held keys previously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Availability to work nights and weekends
