Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with store operation,leadership,achieve sales goals supervise staff,schedules etc.
Prior supervisory experience in a ready-to-wear environment (clothing store preferred).
Excellent organization,communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
