Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with store operation, leadership, achieve sales goals, supervise staff, schedules, etc. Prior supervisory experience in a ready-to-wear environment (clothing store preferred). Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
