Seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager passionate about pets and customer service.
- Assist in daily store operations, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Promote pet health through product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, organize events, and support sales goals.
- Handle front-end duties including cash register and display setup.
- Qualifications include 1+ year retail and managerial experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for pets.
Physical demands involve standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with animals.
