In this role, you’ll:

• Support day-to-day store operations
• Lead and coach team members
• Help manage inventory, cash handling & store performance
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns quickly
• Support hiring, training & scheduling
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and in-stock store

We’re looking for:

1–2 years of leadership experience (retail or convenience store preferred)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Flexible availability for evenings/weekends/holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ and able to pass background check & drug screen
