THE PURPOSE: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance through strong sales execution, operational discipline, and exceptional customer experience. This role plays a key leadership position on the sales floor, helping to execute daily store operations, coach and develop associates, and uphold True Religions brand and selling standards. In the Store Managers absence, the Assistant Store Manager provides coverage and leadership to ensure continued performance, team engagement, and operational consistency.

You are comfortable stepping into leadership coverage when needed, executing store priorities with confidence, and partnering closely with the Store Manager to drive results. QUALIFICATIONS:
ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION: Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $18-19 per hour. This is a full-time non-exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

Physical & Work Requirements: This role requires the ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom, as well as stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak retail hours.
