DESCRIPTIONThe Assistant Store Manager (ASM) of Operations is responsible for managing the inventory team and ensuring operational excellence supports the overall brand ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in creating a consumer‑first environment while overseeing inventory control and store operations. The ASM supports the Store Manager in daily operations, guides employees on task prioritization, and ensures the store consistently reflects the brand to every customer.Annual Salary Range: $74,000-$80,000RESPONSIBILITIESInventory & Visual Excellence: Manage inventory control and the inventory team, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure all brand visual standards are consistently upheld.Daily Operational Execution: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage daily coverage plans, and ensure accurate system reconciliation.Compliance & Administration: Ensure operational compliance for back‑office processes, including scheduling, time‑off management, attendance tracking, and payroll approvals.Product Launch Coordination: Partner with store leadership to support staffing forecasts and coordinate with security and facilities teams for successful product launches.Floor Leadership: Serve as a Floor Leader to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience, resolve escalations, and troubleshoot operational challenges.Employee Development: Support hiring efforts and coach associates on delivering exceptional customer experiences through hands‑on training and role‑play scenarios.QUALIFICATIONSOrganizational Savvy: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to quickly resolve issues and manage complex operational processes.Resourcefulness: Skilled in prioritization and directing work to achieve business goals.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience in customer‑facing environments.Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent work experience may be considered.Note: This is a summary job description.
