We are growing our team based at our store in the Mall at Millenia and are looking for talented individuals to join the Princess Polly team.
Job Description
Our Assistant Store Manager is a highly motivated leader who is passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences. They have the ability to meet individual sales and metric goals, drive sales growth, coach, and develop associates to achieve sales goals. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, especially product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager. They will demonstrate the ability to lead naturally and set a precedent for the team.
