Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Assistant Manager to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Manage guest service behaviors, coaching staff to ensure friendly, welcoming interactions and problem resolution.
• Assist in team development through training, scheduling, and fostering a positive, engaging work environment aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet operational, sales, and financial goals, maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety programs, and stock levels to ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Perform additional duties as needed in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Work primarily on second shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with some travel and independent deposit deliveries.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds, standing all day, and working in cool environments.
• Minimum of a high school diploma, with 1+ years retail or food experience, and strong communication and team skills. Certifications like ServSafe are a plus.
• Full-time role, up to 40 hours per week, requiring specialized attire and a commitment to providing excellent service and store standards.
