Job Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving KPI targets nt
• Assist in training, motivating, and coaching the sales team to provide exceptional customer service nt
• Assist with large sales transactions and help staff build multi-item sales nt
• Open and close the store, ensuring proper security procedures are followed nt
• Maintain a strong knowledge of store merchandise, including clothing, shoes, T-shirts, gifts, souvenirs, and sundries nt
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding merchandise fit, popularity, and replenishment needs nt
• Utilize store software systems effectively for inventory tracking, sales reporting, and store operations nt
• Assist in merchandising, visual displays, and store presentation to ensure an appealing shopping experience nt
• Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and merchandise transfers nt
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner nt
• Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention strategies, and safety procedures nt

• 2+ years of experience in a lead or management role within a fast-paced retail environment. nt
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. nt
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate a sales team. nt
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. nt
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and retail POS systems. nt
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 60 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation nt
• TAM Card (Alcohol Beverage Awareness Certification) may be required, depending on location. nt
• Security clearance may be required, depending on job duties nt
• Employment may be contingent upon passing background checks and/or drug screening, where permitted by law n
