We're looking for an organized, experienced Assistant Store Manager to help our Santa Monica store deliver the in-store experience Pedal Mafia is known for — one that reflects our standards, hits our sales goals, and keeps customers coming back.
What You'll Do
Deliver an exceptional level of customer care in every interaction
Listen to customer feedback and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
Manage stock and inventory to keep the store running smoothly
Keep the store looking sharp — upholding our aesthetic and standards for upkeep
Hit monthly and annual sales targets
Bring our brand values to life for every customer who walks through the door
What You Bring
Previous retail or sales experience
A passion for cycling and experience with the cycling apparel industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
