As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, assist in supervising and training team members, and ensure the store remains clean, well-stocked, and organized.
Principal duties include greeting customers, resolving inquiries, helping unload merchandise, managing inventory, and assisting with ordering, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
You will also support loss prevention efforts and assume certain management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
