Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a high-energy, outgoing Assistant Manager to support store operations and create a welcoming shopping experience.

• Lead guest service behaviors by coaching staff to greet guests warmly and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist in building a strong team through training, scheduling, and fostering engagement aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet sales, operational, and cleanliness standards, ensuring the store is well-maintained and stocked.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety, and food service guidelines, maintaining product levels and store appearance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the team and ensuring smooth store operations.
• Requires minimum high school education, 1+ year retail or food experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Soft skills include strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in moderate noise and cold environments. Travel is minimal, and a valid vehicle is needed for deposits. Full-time position with flexible scheduling and specialized attire in food areas.
