Wushiland Boba, the authentic Taiwanese bubble tea establishment, is to serve Boba lovers the classic Taiwanese taste in North America. As we are expanding rapidly on the West Coast, we are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to providing customers with memorable experiences.

What you will be doing:

As a good Assistant Manager, you will give day-to-day support with the daily operations, help the store manager with tasks assigned, and be willing to support with warehouse duties, such as loading, offloading, and transferring packages from warehouse to store.

What you must have:

English Proficiency.

At least 1-2 years of food/beverage retail assistant store manager experience

Able to juggle working different aspects of running a store

Comfortable training and coaching a team

Able to cultivate a culture of growth and professionalism

Good to have:

Food Handlers Certification.

Experiences in the food/beverage retail industry.
