As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support daily store operations, lead team development, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff to maintain a high-performance team.
  • Ensure effective communication with employees and customers to foster a positive environment.
  • Help achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and optimize cash flow.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient workflows.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain operational efficiency through merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Support financial activities like budgeting, P&L analysis, and expense monitoring.
  • Promote workplace safety, enforce PPE use, and assist in risk management.
  • Capable of managing merchandise delivery and working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ideal candidates have automotive parts knowledge, leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in P&L management. Bilingual skills and ASE certification are a plus.
