The Assistant Store Leader - Visual is responsible for bringing the brand to life through exceptional merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Store Leader, they lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets, maintaining brand standards, and managing product flow from receiving to the salesfloor.
They collaborate on daily operations, oversee budgets and supplies, analyze KPIs to drive sales, and manage replenishment and clearance areas.
As a mentor, they handle scheduling, onboarding, and training to develop team skills and product knowledge.
Key duties include delegating workload, aligning store goals, analyzing performance reports, promoting sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering teamwork.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years retail leadership, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexible availability.
