Position Overview: The Assistant Store Manager leads daily operations by creating a welcoming culture, delivering exceptional customer service, and training staff. They ensure efficient store performance, accurate reporting, and compliance with safety and labor laws. Responsibilities include monitoring cash procedures, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with store operations in the absence of the Manager.

Requirements: 1-2 years supervisory experience in a quick-service restaurant, ServSafe certification, strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency with MS Office and POS systems, ability to meet deadlines, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform manual tasks as needed.
