As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support daily store operations, lead team performance, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Ensure effective communication with staff and customers to foster a positive environment.
  • Help meet sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and optimize store performance.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving concerns and enhancing the shopping experience.
  • Lead operational initiatives, manage merchandising, and uphold a clean, organized store appearance.
  • Support financial oversight by analyzing Profit & Loss statements and controlling expenses.

  • Qualifications: Basic automotive parts knowledge, leadership experience, strong communication skills, integrity, and adaptability. Bilingual skills and ASE certification are a plus.
