Position Overview:

The Assistant Store Manager supports daily store operations by leading sales associates, delivering excellent customer service, driving sales goals, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Assisted with employee training, scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures while ensuring a positive shopping experience and efficient store performance.

 

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily store operations
  • Supervise and support sales associates
  • Train and coach team members
  • Manage cash handling and register reconciliation
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide customer service
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience
  • Experience supervising or leading a team preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong sales skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Experience with cash handling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Pay Range: USD $17.50 - USD $17.50 /Hr.
