Assistant Manager - Boutique Fitness Studio ------------------------------------------
Part-Time | 20-30 hours/week
We are hiring two Assistant Managers to help lead the heartbeat of our studio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on energy, loves motivating others, and wants to grow into leadership in a results-driven fitness environment.
Youll master everything a Sales Associate does while also taking on recruiting, training, and coaching the front desk team. Youll be a key driver of membership sales retention and an unforgettable member experience-from first class to long-term results.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance, so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
