Take ownership of a designated scope of work and manage it independently from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Oversee key phases of construction including structural concrete, wood framing, MEP systems, drywall, interiors, and finishes. Conduct site walks, inspections, and quality-control reviews. Monitor project schedules and help drive completion milestones. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards. Collaborate closely with project management, field teams, and trade partners. Participate in planning, logistics, sequencing, and problem-solving activities throughout construction. Assist in delivering a successful project from groundbreaking through turnover.Project Assignment: New multifamily podium development in Ashburn, Virginia. Eight-story building utilizing a 5-over-3 design. Significant exposure to both concrete and wood-frame construction. Experience building ground-up multifamily or hospitality projects. Strong knowledge of concrete and wood-frame construction. Ability to manage a portion of a project independently. Working knowledge of all phases of construction from sitework through closeout. Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain schedules. Strong communication and field leadership skills. Experience with Procore and/or Microsoft Project preferred. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications are a plus. Construction-related degree is preferred but not required. Open to experienced Assistant Superintendents or Superintendents seeking long-term growth.What's on Offer: Base salary: $115,000 - $140,000. Project completion bonus: Approximately $15,000.
