Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Superintendent in managing daily site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule and safety standards
• Maintain quality control and assist with inspections
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and vendors
• Help drive project milestones and resolve field issues proactively

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent on large-scale projects ($50M+)
• Proven track record of managing multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
